WHEN SHOULD I ARRIVE FOR MY SPA SERVICES?

Arriving 15 minutes prior to the start time of your service is ideal, you can relax with a cup of Aveda Comforting Tea or some cool water while you get checked in. We suggest that you do not bring jewelry or valuables with you.

SHOULD I HAVE ANY CONCERNS IF I HAVE A MEDICAL
CONDITION, SUCH AS PREGNANCY, RECENT SURGERIES
OR ALLERGIES?

If you are experiencing any medical conditions, please inform the reservations specialist or the service provider, so that we can offer you the proper services.

DO I HAVE TO FULLY DISROBE FOR ALL SPA TREATMENTS?

Most clients feel comfortable disrobed for spa treatments. We provide terry cloth robes and ample coverage for draping your body during facials, massage therapy, wraps and other treatments. It is most important that you relax and destress in a way that is best for you.

HOW LONG DOES HAIR NEED TO BE IF I AM COMING IN
FOR A WAXING SERVICE?

For best results, hair growth should be between 1/8 and 1/4 inch.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our wait list miss the opportunity to receive services. Since the services are reserved for you personally a cancelation fee will apply. Less than 48hour notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount.

Gratuity is greatly appreciated! If you would like like to leave a gratuity, it is cash, venmo, or personal check only. We are not able to add it to your card.
