WHAT QUESTIONS SHOULD I ASK TO ADDRESS MY STYLING EXPECTATIONS?

A quality consultation depends on an open discussion before your service begins so that you are completely comfortable with your experience. During the consultation, please feel free to speak about your concerns: How often do I need to have my hair cut or colored to maintain this appearance? How much time and money is involved? What are the best ways to recreate this look at home? What products work the best for my hair?

WHAT IS THE BEST WAY TO COMMUNICATE YOUR STYLING AND COLOR PREFERENCES?

Photos are still the best way to communicate your thoughts about changes in hair color, haircut or texture. For example, there are so many different shades of blonde that without a picture, you are relying on the professional’s judgment to achieve your desired result. A photo removes the stress and guesswork from your salon experience.

WHAT IF I AM A NEW CLIENT AND WANT TO TRY A FEW DIFFERENT STYLIST?

We are proud of the consistently excellent and diverse talents of our stylist. We urge you to experience different members of our team to find the stylist that best suits your personal preferences and schedule. Our reservation specialists can make suggestions and provide information on each highly experienced salon professional
on our staff.

Color and treatment services do not include a cut or blow-dry in the price of service.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our wait list miss the opportunity to receive services. Since the services are reserved for you personally a cancelation fee will apply. Less than 48hour notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount.
